My Story
I’m on a mission!
I have chosen to spend the rest of my life helping as many people as possible navigate menopause successfully.
Why?
I spent years working in the fitness industry, living a busy, active lifestyle. I handled stress effortlessly, always in control, taking life’s challenges in my stride.
Then, seemingly overnight, my world turned upside down. Looking back now, I know the signs were there, creeping in gradually. I just didn’t know what to look for or how to deal with them
I became anxious and depressed, I started to feel like I was losing myself. I had no zest for life. When I laughed, it wasn’t real, I wasn’t happy. On top of that, because of intense hip pain, I had to give up running, something I loved and had always relied on to clear my head.
When night sweats and brain fog hit, I realised what I had suspected all along, I was in perimenopause. I sought medical help, but it just wasn’t enough. The brain fog was relentless, some days I couldn’t remember appointments, names, or even simple words. On top of it all, I wasn’t sleeping, which only made things worse. I was constantly exhausted.
Feeling lost, I began exploring other options for support, and that’s when I found a menopause coach. Having someone truly understand what I was experiencing, someone who could guide me, reassure me, and help me find practical ways to feel like myself again, was life-changing. I finally started to feel like myself again and my experience sparked something in me. I realised this was the path I was meant to take, to help others navigate this stage of life with confidence, support, and understanding.
I became a qualified menopause coach, increased my knowledge of training menopausal women and connected with other experts in this space.
Today, I’m on a mission to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to embrace menopause with confidence and vitality. I’m here to help you every step of the way.
This isn’t just a job for me, it’s personal. I’ve been where you are, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through this alone.
