About me
Hi, I’m Melanie, a menopause coach and personal trainer based in the UK. I’m deeply passionate about helping people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives during menopause and beyond.
My own challenging journey through perimenopause led me to seek support from a menopause coach, and it was life-changing. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others through this significant stage of life. I understand first-hand how tough menopause can be. I’ve been there. But I also know that everyone’s journey is unique. That’s why I focus on providing support that’s tailored to you, because no two people will have the same needs or experiences.
What sets me apart is the combination of my personal experience and my professional expertise. As a certified personal trainer, I bring a well-rounded understanding of how menopause affects the body, mind, and lifestyle. This allows me to guide you holistically, whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, manage symptoms, or simply feel more like yourself again.

The Menopause Hour
Everyone is welcome to these free, hour long sessions, which take place both online and in person. Whether you’re someone going through menopause, a family member, a partner, or simply someone curious about the topic, you’ll leave with new insights and a sense of connection.
One to one coaching
The Menopause Plan will give you the tools you need to help you navigate menopause successfully. You will finish this 8 week plan with a sense of empowerment, understanding and the ability to manage your symptoms in a way which suits you.
Menopause Specific Personal Training
